Sweet little Charlie came into the studio not long ago, well...her parents brought here she didn't stroll in by herself!
So here is a peek just a few of the many images we got that day.
Big brother Blake cannot get enough of his new baby sister. He was giving her kisses, which Charlie was "giving" right back!
I love to see families grow, in fact here is Blake's newborn session a few years ago. Click HERE.
I get many questions about when to schedule newborn photography. And I joke as soon as you see the "+" on the pregnancy test call to book your newborn session (or maternity session as well). But really, newborns are in fact best photographed within the first 12 days after being born. So to make sure we have a date within that time frame, I want parents to book early enough to work in my and your schedule. So if you are pregnant now, book now...one more thing you don't have to think about right before your due date or even after the baby is born.
We had such a great weekend with our newborn workshop. My amazingly talented friend Jessica from JM Photography in the Twin Cities came up with her fantastic assistant Christin to teach photographers from all over Minnesota and North Dakota. It was such a fun weekend of learning, and meeting so many talented photographers in all various points in their photography careers.
I was able to snap a few action shots of the group and the dynamic duo...Jessica & Christin!
And I thought I would share just a few of the hundreds of images I captured of our little newborn models.
In honor of this workshop and new found knowledge, I am offering a special for newborn sessions. If you are pregnant now...this is the sale you want to get in on.I am only offering this special pricing for 3 newborn sessions...first come, first go!!Please keep in mind newborns are considered under 12 days old, I book up a month in advance so you will want to schedule a least a month BEFORE your due date...not after the baby is born.
Call 320-815-8174 or email jenniferphoto@charter.net to book your newborn session.
Earlier this year, sweet little Emilia added to this couple making them a family of three, well...correction four. And this is how I was greeted from the furry family member.
We started out with some lifestyle images, which are always my favs.
Sweet little baby hands.
Snug as a bug in a rug.
Make some use of some adorable gifts...lucky us!
Thank you little S family.
Oh baby, this is going to be a big post... This fall Jamie & Melissa made the drive from St. Cloud to do their maternity session at the farm. We had a gorgeous afternoon and being that they are so darn cute I knew the session would be awesome.
I love this shot...they were sitting in the tall grass looking so peaceful and a grasshopper decides to make a guest appearance into the frame...it is bound to get a snicker or two, which leads onto a giggle attack and a great image.
And it is at this moment while getting posed for her solo part of the session. Her loving husband tells her, "You are beautiful". Yes, you are Melissa.
And now...baby makes three. Introducing Miss Madelynn.
Well, actually baby makes four. ;)
Anything sweeter than a big ol' baby yawn? I didn't think so.
Wide awake. But as mellow as can be.
A friend of Melissa's made these tissue pom-poms for a baby shower and she wanted to incorporate them into the session. I love how it turned out.
