Hang on this is a whole lotta sharing. - Alexandria, MN Photographer

Well, grab a cup of tea, coffee, margarita, whatever literally fills your cup, floats, your boat, tickles your fancy...ok, you get the idea. Cause there is a whole lotta cuteness coming your way.

It is Miss Hattie's one year photo session, but her big sis was all dressed up ready for her shoot as well.

I can't even handle it.

Anything cuter than chubby little baby arms? I know, I agree..there isn't.

And she just sat in front of me, so seriously, and I really could not help myself. Really I tried, but those cheeks were begging to be squished, and since I had my finger on the trigger finger, well, it is what it is.

But then she did this just minutes later, all on her own.

It was such a lovely spring day, we decided to take a few at the park.

She didn't care for the grass too much...can you tell? That right leg stayed up the WHOLE time. And just putting this out there, this type of unconventional image is perfect for a LARGE stand alone canvas hanging on your wall. It is perfect because it is timeless, shows details of your little one who won't stay little long and acts as art. These honestly are some of my favorites.

Thanks "G" family! Your girls are the sweetest little dollies!!!!

Birthday boy Henry {Glenwood, Minnesota Child Photographer}

Sweet little man Henry came into the studio today for his 1st birthday. Here are a few facts I have discovered about Henry:

He is very smiley.

He is not shy.

He is tall for his age.

He is a little bit of a daredevil.

He does the cutest little buzzing "car" noise when he plays with the studio toy cars.

He is very, very fast!

So here is a little peek for Henry's mom & dad.

{Needing a little tease of summer?} Central MN Children's Photographer

We are just a few days away from spring, yet here in Minnesota is looks as far away of anything green and blooming. In fact we are sitting in the middle of a blizzard. Now, I know I have lived in MN for most of my life, I get that it can and has and most likely will snow in April and maybe even May. It is just the way it is. But it doesn't make me feel any better when I think that last year on this day it was in the 60's. Whateves. So I figured that if I showed you warm & sunny images of a session from last summer you would think about how you should call to book your own for THIS summer. And hopefully lighten your mood from the view out your window if that view has no green in sight. This is Mr. Jack. And he is completely adorable in every way. I loved him and loved this session. Mom said, I want a few of him all gussied (I don't think she used that exact word...but it works for me) and then some of him doing just what he loves most, fishing. So here he is with his cute little man outfit and funky red shoes. Love it!!! And I love a session that ends with me near and in the water, sand inbetween my toes. Sweet little SpiderMan fishin' pole. And I am here to tell you...he is an awesome cast! Better than me for sure, which honestly doesn't say much. However, he is good. And I am not sure what was with this one...was he a lake monster, was he sick of me and my camera (of course not), or did his mom just tell him it was time to go??? No problem...all smiles again.

{welcome to the party} Central Minnesota Family Photographer

The "S" family. Recently expanded their family by one little boy.
Here they are as a party of 5.

The big helpers.

I just love these, pretty much what I want to capture in a family. Them just being them.

And now a 'plus one'.

Mom had bought some really cute knit items for little S. Adorable.

Streeeeeeeetch. Baby yawns and baby stretches...anything cuter than that?

Congratulations S family! Can't wait to come play again!
