Pink was the color of the day. The "J" family was having their fill of pink at the time I met them.
Mom called me the day before their session, to inform me that their little sweetie "E" broke her arm that day and would be getting a cast that morning of the session. Bummer. Big bummer. We decided to keep the session on and make the call the next day. The next day came and all systems a-go. Kids are so resilient and what a trooper Miss "E" is, you would never know as the bright pink cast she choose didn't slow her down in the least.
We started just playing around and my favorite part of going to a client’s home for a session when the client is a little 3 year old and gives the “house tour”. Parents just loooove this, I am sure. ;) But it is just what my kids did too, usually when our house was a total disaster.
Here is the “J” family.
And little "Z". Totally sweet and adorable.
The other part of the pink equation is that this fun loving family got flamingo-ed the night before. All in good fun from their church group and a great photo opp.
Mom emailed me later and said how much fun Miss E had and she can't wait for me to come back to take her picture again.
Me too, Miss E, me too!
