Christmas wishes...a few days late {Central Minnesota Photographer}

What a wonderful time of year...as I sit here in my sugar coma thinking about what fun we had spending time with family & friends. We are truely blessed. "It's the most wonderful time of the year"...no doubt.
Here is our Guenther family greeting for this 2009.

God Bless you and yours.

quickest session ever {Jennifer Guenther Photography}

and it was done x 2! Just as I unloaded my camera gear I felt a rain drop, then another, then a couple more. As my clients drove up...yep, even more falling from the sky. I asked "A" & "A" if they would like to schedule, really knowing what 2 young men would say, but I did it any way. "No, we just want to get it done today!" In other words, "we don't want to do this again". Gotcha. Move quickly I thought.

So, I told you that this session was the quickest ever because of the rain. Care to guess? Ok, I will tell you with two young men...it was 20 minutes. Now that is moving quick. Thanks guys!

frozen alligator tears {Central Minnesota Photographer}

The "S" family is adorable and one of the sweetest you could ever come across. Seriously. I loved seeing them again and to see little Miss "K". You can see their session from last year here.
Oh, my the sun was out, birds were happy, the fall color was at peak and it was a beautiful fall day...the day before (insert grumbling here). And that evening, fall ended. Just like that. So it was great to see snow on the ground but it was something little "K" wasn't buying. At. All. She loved hugs, the warm blankets, the candies, and being more than 2 inches from mom or dad....not so much.

Big frozen alligator tears is what we got. And did we capitalize on all this sweetness? You bet! In fact so much that it made the inside spread of the family's Christmas card this year.

bad blogger...bad blogger {Central Minnesota Photographer}

Whoa! This is the worst I have done in keeping up with showing off the most recent work. SO...be prepared for a lot of blog kiss & make-up to say "I am sorry". I know it's getting bad when people stop me out and about town and say how they miss my regular updates and hint to really to-get-a-move-on-it. So here is me getting-a-move-on-it.
This is the "J" family. This was the second time I have photographed this clan. They are so sweet and quick. ;)

Can this get any sweeter? Big brother "B" and little man "C".

Little Miss "E".
"C" is a quiet confident sort, matter of fact, very intelligent, and very sweet to laugh at my jokes...even if they are lame.
You have met "C's" family here.
I had "C's" older sister as a client for her senior session a couple years ago, and now it's his turn.

This may been a chuckle at one of my lame comedic attempts.

Thanks "R" family!!

She'll be just fine {Central Minnesota Photographer}

I would say part of my job besides capturing special moments, milestones, times of lives, is being a counselor. Mostly to the parents, that is. Reasurring that their little baby will be just fine, that they taught them well, that they gave their children the building blocks they need to be fine, responsible, kind adults.
And so Mom "A"...it's ok to cry, your little Miss "N" will be just fine. She is a beautiful, talented, caring young woman.

Best of everything to you "N", and mom hang on to your kleenex.
