and the cuteness continues....

Miss "A". Thanks for sharing part of your day with me. You are such a beautiful, smart, strong young woman.

I wish the three of you nothing but the best. You are the cutest little family. And that little girl, has both of you wrapped around her finger...right where you should be.
All my love.

Awesome light, beautiful beach, & a fantastic senior = a real good session.

Miss "A" & I really got lucky with just beautiful lighting with her session. I mean lighting can really make or break a session, well not break it...but make it difficult, for me that is. ;)

We went to my favorite beach in the area, and I just can't pick a favorite. The sunset was absolutely gorgeous that night!

Thanks A! And thanks to Mom, I don't say that enough. Mom's who come to the session are GREAT assistants! You don't know how much I appreciate it!

Some seniors bring their talents with them to sessions...

... and "B" was no exception. However, most bring a soccer ball, football, a musical instrument. But when he showed up he had this...

Oh, an his hunting buddy.

Best wishes to you B!

real quick post...

Miss "E". So cute, sweet and ....did I say cute?

Oh, I miss the beach already.

Sorry for the quick one..E, your gallery will be up tomorrow.
I couldn't resist posting these! Miss E is in the middle in the green top and blue skirt!
This was the Polar Plunge. It is a fundraiser that Law Enforcement sponsors for Special Olympics. The last two years I have been able to help out in a small way, by saving these reactions when plunging into the fridged, icy waters of MN. Here is a link for you to check it out. The date is set for next year...so sign up to Plunge!

Way to go E!

the sun was settin' fast...

Because of "M"'s tight football schedule and practices...we had a late in the afternoon session, that ended up being even later. So, needless to say, we got some great shots with the little time we had before we would have needed a spotlight to see each other. But the lighting is perfect at that time. The key is to move FAST.

Thanks M...good luck next year where ever your road may lead...I know football will be a huge part of it.

Miss "J"

I felt so bad for her. The mosquitoes were almost carried her away. She was so bit up at the end of this session I am sure she had welts for days afterward.

Sorry J, but when you look at how gorgeous the photos turned out, I hope you agree it was worth it.
Yes, photoshop works well with getting rid of mosquito welts.
Thanks J!

a quick post.

Another senior from a few weeks ago. Meet "J". He pretty much was up to shooting anywhere. A photogs dream!
He is a swimmer and a lifeguard, so it was fun to incorporate that into his session.

Best wishes "J".

when good lighting and a cute family combine...

...this is what you get. Although some of the sun setting was a bit bright, the warm glow was amazing!

Older sis Miss "M".

Younger sis..Miss "S".

My favorite of the day...and a top all time favorite. I love sunflare!

Getting the giggles to come out!

Sorry girls, I had to post a blooper.

it's a dog-eat-dog session...

This family had a new addition to their family...x 5! Not human septuplets, but in the canine variety. They couldn't keep them all of course, so before they got adopted into other loving famlies, this family wanted to have a session with them.

So, here you go...
Thanks "B" family!

Goin' to the chapel...

...and we're gonna get married!
Congratulations Brandt and Megan! These two are tying the knot this weekend. I will be snapping photos, I will have some to share. For those wondering, I don't do weddings, some how, it seems I can't say no to family or friends.

And they lived happily ever after. It just fits doesn't it?

Please remember it is Patriot Day. God Bless. Never forget!http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/21134540/vp/22887506#22887506

Whew!

School is back in session...so things are slowing down a little (instead of 5-6 sessions a week, more like 4-5...so I guess that is "slowing down"), except my computer from editing all the sessions lately. I think there just may be smoke coming from the hard drive!
Thank you everyone for your patience. I am now starting on sessions from second week of August. So just a little more waiting! I am just as excited to work on all these sessions! Lots of good stuff!
Here are twins from a few weeks ago. They both were troppers for the heat, and marathon session when shooting two cuties at the same time.
Meet Miss "H".

Here is Miss "M".

Thanks girlies!

cute little family...shy little boy.

This is the "L" family. Little man was turning 2 and mom & dad wanted his portrait as well as the family. Everyone was up for that, except you know who. But just like they usually do...they find out I am not so bad.

Big sis...a model in the making for sure!

Thanks guys! It was fun!
