First senior of the season.

Well, technically she wasn't the first one to have a session. I had another, but because of the rain we had to reschedule.
So here is Miss "R". I loved her curly hair...yep, of course...natural.

Very model like, don't you think?

Just saw an opportunity for a great shot while she was primping.

I told her that I thought she looked like Brooke White from last seasons American Idol.
And when I was editing these, I thought even a little like Hilary Duff. But really she looks like...well, herself. Just simply beautiful.

I don't think she knew I was taking this, but I just love how thoughtful she looks.

Ok, I am going back to editing.
Those who are waiting outwardly patient (but quite possibly, not so patiently on the inside), I am steadily working on editing. Perfection takes time I tell myself. So, back to it.

Another fun family...

I was very happy to meet this family. I loved their energy and sense of humor!
I am glad you were able to spend time with each other. Mom & Dad were here from AZ and brother and sis-in-law were here from CA. Hope you all had fun on the lake!

I was excited to have my brother along to help out and just be with me on this session. He was here from CO for the forth of July week. It is always nice to have him here, especially on this session, cause he has been bitten by the "photo-bug" too.

getting back into it...

Well, the week of the forth was great! My brother was here from CO and my husband's sister and husband were here from KS for the week. We did a lot of visiting, swimming, boating....etc...etc. Needless to say with all that fun...I got behind in editing. But now I am on a roll. So to my clients, thank you for your patience.

This is the "B" family. Everyone was real troopers as it was hot & bright that day.
